State Road 65 in the U.S. State of Indiana is located in southwest Indiana. It runs from the south at Indiana 66 west of Evansville, making a slight crescent shape toward the west, and ends at Indiana 56 west of Petersburg, just inside Pike County. It passes through the following towns:
- Princeton (concurrency with Indiana 64)
- Owensville
- Cynthiana (concurrency with Indiana 68. Interchange with Interstate 64 Exit 18)
