Indiana State Road 650 is a 0.9 miles (1.4 km)-long spur of U.S. Route 50. The highway is entirely within Martin County and connects U.S. Route 50 at Martin State Forest to a USG Corporation plant in Willow Valley. The eastern end of the highway is located at the plant's entrance.
