INDIAN NATIONAL STUDENTS ORGANISATION (INSO) [[Image:Image:Inso.1.jpg]] Indian National Students Organisation is a leading students organisation in Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, some parts of Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.The organisation was formed on August 5, 2003 in Delhi.The organisation surprised the political pundits by pushing ABVP to third place in Vice president post of DUSU in its first election, where as it was neck to neck in president and other posts. In year 2006, its candidate Abhishek Gautam was elected for presigious post of Chief Executive Councillor in DUSU, which is elected by elected councillors of colleges. Its candidate also won Vice Presidents post in Punjab University Students Council elections in 2006, where as its joint secretary candidate lost by a narrow margin. This year INSO could not justify its potential in DUSU but is looking stronger in Punjab University, Chandigarh.
