Indian Lake Village

Indian Lake Village, located in Hendersonville, Tennessee, is a huge business, shopping, residence, and recreation complex. Construction on Indian Lake Village has already exceeded $1 billion, and aspires to be the next Cool Springs area.[1] The development is being constructed by Halo Properties.

A new Regal Cinemas, with 16 theatres, and many mall-like stores made their grand opening in early-mid March, 2008.
A new 40,000 sq ft (3,700 m²) library is currently in construction, slated to open late summer of 2008. In addition to the library, a new 22 acre park is under development. Joining the theatre, will be 850,000 square feet (79,000 m²) of retail, three million square feet of class A office, and 1,000 residential homes.
