Independent Spirit Awards 2007

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Independent Spirit Awards 2007 announced its nominees in November 2007. The ceremonies were scheduled to be broadcast live on Independent Film Channel on February 23, 2008. The event was scheduled to be hosted by actor Rainn Wilson. The Writers Guild of America gave the ceremonies a waiver, granting union writers permission to write for the event during the writers strike (but the strike ended before the event was held).
