The Independent Citizens Movement (or Independent Citizens' Movement) is a conservative political party in the U.S. Virgin Islands that was founded(?) by Virdin C. Brown around 1971 - 1975 [1]

At the last elections, 7 November 2006, the party won 4 out of 15 seats.

From 1994 to 1997 Victor O. Frazer was Delegate from the US Virgin Islands as the parties candidate, though he served as an independent in the House.
