This is a magazine cover from the large-circulation magazine India Today, being used on the English language Wikipedia to illustrate the intense media coverage of Ottavio Quattrocchi during the Bofors scandal, which led to the defeat of the Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in 1989. Such use of the image to illustrate media attention, for information purposes, without any commercial ramifications for the copyright owner, may be permitted as "fair use" under U.S. law.
