Talk:Incidental motion
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The article says "Their relationship to subsidiary and privileged motions depends upon the circumstances, but generally, by their nature they must be acted upon immediately in order to have the intended effect." Is this true? An incidental motion can be raised and then a bunch of privileged and other incidental motions can be raised, without impeding the purpose of the original incidental motion. I think I'll remove that statement. Sarsaparilla (talk) 15:48, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
