Given this particular camera angle of the V-22 Ospreys were never seen in the trailers or tv spots of the 2007 Transformers movie, this screencap can only be from a bootleg copy of the movie. Additionally, the image does not actually depict the Transformers movie toy character named Incinerator, but merely the real-life vehicles the toy was based upon, and it is misleading to suggest that the vehicles in the movie was the fictional appearance of this character. - FFN
