In a Different Light is Avalon's third studio album, relesaed on March 23, 1999. It is the first album with new member Cherie Adams, who replaced Nikki Hassman. This is the second album to be certified Gold by the RIAA. To date, "In Not Of" is the only song by Avalon to have a music video made for it. This album also includes Avalon's solitary mainstream hit, "Can't Live a Day".
