[edit] Copyright
You keep editing with "copyright updated" but I still don't see any copyright information, neither source information on the image pages. The tag is getting back. Take a look at Wikipedia:uploading images. Kl4m PS if you created the image I suggest you put it under a free license such as GFDL or Creative commons, if you accept the terms of the license of course.

[edit] Spam in Impact Leadership Conference
Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Impact Leadership Conference, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Impact Leadership Conference is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Impact Leadership Conference, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to User talk:Impactorg, you will be blocked from editing. E_dog95 Hi 02:05, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
The reason I am deleting this article as an administrator here is that it does not provide third party published references from independent reliable sources to show that the conference is considered important. Business or education magazines are fine, but the material must not be simply copied over from press releases, directly or indirectly. when you have them, reinsert the article. You might also make it more compact encyclopedic style omits needless words--you've probably heard that phrase before--watch out especially for adjectives. The shorter , more descriptive, and better referenced, the more likely it is to stay. Please see WP:COI for a further explanation of the sort of thing which goes wrong. Please don't reinsert it until it is much improved. DGG (talk)` —The preceding signed but undated comment was added at 04:24, August 21, 2007 (UTC).
