[edit] Salford or Trafford

Although the Imperial War Museum North is in many ways part of the Salford Quays redevelopment, I suspect that User:80.47.26.69 is right that the building is actually in Trafford and the boundary runs up the canal between the IWMN and The Lowry. -- Solipsist 20:18, 8 September 2006 (UTC)

The confusion, I think, comes from the recent branding of The Quays, covering Salford Quays, Trafford Wharf (which is where the IWMN is) and Old Trafford. There's absolutely no doubt that the IWMN is in Trafford. --Malleus Fatuarum 00:14, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
