We need to clarify that in this context 'court' refers to what surrounds a monarch (e.g. the court of King Henry VIII) and not a 'court of law' like the US Supreme Court. Also that this court seems to be much like an elaborate costume ball (or like the royal courts of the SCA) and has no legal authority.

- You are correct in that this "court" is the type surrounded by a monarch...in this case an Emperor and/or Empress. You might also say that we hold "costume balls". User: RJFJR
