This is a screen capture of an iconic moment from video produced by famous Internet phenomenon Aleksey Vayner and widely available on many Internet sites.

For article Impossible Is Nothing. The graphic content of the image is the subject of critical commentary within the article, and is necessary so both to further understand the nature of the video itself and the Internet meme arising out of it, and also for identification purposes so that people who have seen the meme can be certain they are viewing the correct Wikipedia article. It is necessary because it significantly contributes to explaining the meme, namely Mr. Vayner's enthusiastic and extreme attempts to appear suave and successful. This moment in the video is discussed extensively by news sources, and in the article. There is no non-free alternative because in order to discuss the video only screen shots of the video itself may be used. It is not an attempt to show what a living person looks like, but rather the subject and content of the video. Both the video and still shots from the video are enjoying widespread fair use throughout the World. There should be no privacy concerns because both individuals whose pictures are shown are public personalities due to the meme, and any privacy right they may have found is extinguished by the widespread publication of the video. It does not compete with the commercial purpose of the original video, namely to produce a personal video or to obtain a job, because as a single still image it is not usable for that purpose.
