Immigration Advisory Service
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Immigration Advisory Service is a charity, providing direct legal assistance to refugees, asylum-seekers and others needing advice and guidance around British immigration law. As a charity, the IAS is very much not an official body of the UK government; however, it is an immensely respected source of independent advice and guidance, and its policy positions are given great weight in public life.
