Immanuel College is the only Lutheran college in Adelaide that has boarders. Immanuel College was first situated in Point Pass then moved to North Adelaide. During WWII the college moved to Walkerville due to suspicions because of their teachings of the German Language. It then moved to Novar Gardens and celebrated it's 50th anniversary of being in this spot in 2007. The principal is Kevin Richardson. Its sister school is Concordia College in Highate.
