To hpu gyaw - Burmese tofu fritters at a market restaurant in Pyin U Lwin, Myanmar. They are crispy outside and soft inside, popular as a snack or with glutinous rice as a breakfast option, also with mohinga (rice vermicelli in fish soup) or rice noodles. Photographer User:Wagaung.
