Kao hnyin baung - cooked glutinous rice with fried fish on a banana leaf. I took this picture in Mandalay just as a streethawker was serving a customer by the wayside, the tray she had been carrying on her head now on the ground and both squatting Burmese style. Note bayagyaw (urad dal fritters) at top right hand corner of picture.
