I feel that this should include a mention of why the image must be renamed, to educate users and make the policy clear. Also, we will have some policy recourse against the inevitable users who just want to rename images or who want to abuse the function.--Esprit15d 17:53, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

I just modified the template to prompt the user to add a suggestion if one is not provided. This would be especially useful if a bot were created to sniff out badly named images.--Esprit15d 18:32, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
