Imair Airlines is an airline based in Baku, Azerbaijan. It is a private airline operating international scheduled and charter passenger services. Its main base is Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Baku.[1]

The airline was established on 6 October 1994 and started operations in July 1995. It was established as a limited liability company registered with the Azerbaijan ministry of justice and has 104 employees (at March 2007).[1]
