Imías is a municipality and city in the Guantánamo Province of Cuba. It is located on the southern coast of Cuba, bordering the Windward Passage to the south.

In 2004, the municipality of Imías had a population of 20,959.[2] With a total area of 524 km² (202.3 sq mi),[1] it has a population density of 40.0/km² (103.6/sq mi).
