Iljo Keisse (born December 21, 1982 in Ghent) is a Belgian racing cyclist specialising in track cycling for UCI Professional Continental team Topsport Vlaanderen.
Together with his teammate Matthew Gilmore, he won three Six-day racings in 2005-2006: Grenoble, Ghent and Hasselt. He is sometimes called the Tom Boonen of track cycling.[citation needed]
