Ilbono is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Ogliastra in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 80 km northeast of Cagliari and about 9 km southwest of Tortolì. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,254 and an area of 30.9 km².[1]

Ilbono borders the following municipalities: Arzana, Bari Sardo, Elini, Lanusei, Loceri, Tortolì.
