[edit] Mokkito

A tag has been placed on Mokkito, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Oli Filth 00:56, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

How came Myspace has an article and it is the same opening as what I have?
How can you decide what is advertising or not?
Wikipedia is *user generated* you should be able to add on anything, without such meaningless criteria. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ilabstudios (talkcontribs) 17:42, 27 July 2007.
MySpace is clearly notable. The Mokkito article asserts no such notability, and it isn't clear that the subject is in any way notable. Oli Filth 17:45, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
But this article is notable you're just never giving me a chance to complete it. I still have loads of content to put, but everytime I try you end up removing it.

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from articles you have created yourself, as you did with Mokkito. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you. Oli Filth 18:34, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue to ignore our policies by introducing inappropriate pages, such as Mokkito, to Wikipedia, you will be blocked. This has now been deleted four times. Oli Filth 19:54, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
