Ilıca

Ilıca (pronounced Ylydja) means spa, spa town, hot springs in Turkish and is the name of several localities as listed below in Turkey. The words Kaplıca (kaplydja) or Kaynardja (kaynardja; as in the Treaty of Kucuk Kaynarca) are synonyms of the word, ılıca.
- Ilıca, Erzurum; is a district as well as the central town of that district in Turkey's Erzurum Province.
- Ilıca, Çeşme; is a township with own municipality depending Çeşme district in Turkey's İzmir Province and an important center of international tourism.
- Paşa Ilıcası (literally the hot springs of the Pasha); the contemporary Turkish name for the site of Allianoi.
- Ilıca, Manavgat; is a small town 3km inland from the beach resort of Kumköy, near Side, on the Turkish Riviera.
- Ilidža, Bosnia and Herzegovina is a city in central Bosnia and Herzegovina and the chief suburb of Sarajevo. The name of the city derives from Turkish word ılıca like Ilıca, Erzurum and Ilıca, Çeşme.
