Blanca and Rafael are soulmates, and are destined for each other. But there are evil powers that force them apart.

On the night of her 18th birthday, Blanca is bewitched by her wicked aunt, Barbara - who has never forgiven Gardo, Blanca's father, for not loving her. Barbara vows to destroy Gardo's happy family. With the help of Impong Isidra, a black witch, she ruins Blanca's face. Meanwhile, Rafael gets into a car accident and he became blind. He also gets involve to Angela, Barbara's daughter. Angela forces him to forget Blanca and love her instead.

The following unfortunate turn of events will make Blanca and Rafael apart. But saying says that "when two people are meant to be, they'll find each other despite time and distance".
