Ikan Pari is a dish that is specially cooked in Singapore, which is made by barbecuing the fish, then putting in on a banana leaf and then putting hot gravy on it. It is also edible with Cincalok, which is a small salty sauce made out of chili, onion and small anchovies. Ikan Pari is eaten with rice.
