[edit] Your VandalProof Application
Thank you for your interest in VandalProof, Ihitterdal. As you may know, VP is a very powerful program, and in fact the just released 1.3 version has even more power. Because of this we must uphold strict protocols before approving a new applicant. Regretfully, I have chosen to decline your application at this time. Please note it is nothing personal by any means, and we certainly welcome you to apply again soon. Thank again for your interest in VandalProof. [edit] TCS edits
I saw that you have reverted my edits to the Tata Consultancy Services page. I did my reverts because I think the large amount of text that was added in a space of about 20 minutes is a direct copy/paste from an assignment paper or article. Given the quality of the text and the short amount of time it was inserted in, that was my suspicion. I have left messages on the article talk page and the author talk page. Please let me know why you think it is better to leave the text as is. ɤіɡʍаɦɤʘʟʟ 23:49, 12 April 2007 (UTC)

Because of this we must uphold strict protocols before approving a new applicant. Regretfully, I have chosen to decline your application at this time. The reason for this is that: you do not have 250 mainspace edits. Please note it is nothing personal by any means, and we certainly welcome you to apply again soon. [edit] MySims
I think you're forgetting that this this is an online encyclopedia, and not a fansite or BBS. I think it's disgustingly hypocritical of you to personally attack for me without any form of justification and still have the nerve to keep an "anti personal attack" blurb on your user page.
And for the record, if you bothered to take a look at Hungry Hippo's edits, most of it was based on what he thought the game was about simply by examining the screenshots. Speculative information on Wikipedia MUST be justified by published sources, and it was quite clear that HH's edits were based on original research, and thus his edits lacked credibility. Grow up. - Why the hell are you badgering me over edits I made almost a year ago? The edits I made were perfectly justified. I wouldn't be surprised if you are indeed Hungry_Hippo and you're just trying to get your "revenge" on me to make yourself feel better. And for the record, magazines do not base their information on "original research". Many magazines actually obtain early versions of games so they get a taste of what it's like, and hence write preliminary reviews on the game for their readers before the completed game is released. Writing a bunch of nonsense based purely on screenshots is the kind of thing that belongs on a fansite. And gosh, would it kill you to relax? Look how hyped up you're getting over this. MySims will be out soon enough. :P Sillygostly 23:39, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] WP:CVU status
The Wikipedia:Counter-Vandalism Unit project is under consideration to be moved to {{inactive}} and/or {{historical}} status. Another proposal is to delete or redirect the project. You have been identified as a project member and your input as to this matter would be welcomed at WT:CVU#Inactive.3F and at the deletion debate. Thank you!
