IFS Capital Limited, formerly International Factors (Singapore) Ltd, is the holding company for IFS Group, a Singapore financial services company. IFS Group is an established financial services group involved in commercial finance, credit insurance, bonds and guarantees, structured finance and venture capital. Its major shareholder is Phillip Capital.
Incorporated in Singapore in 1987, IFS was listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange in July 1993. IFS also has operations in Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. IFS has a paid-up capital of S$51.6 mil and total assets of S$554.8 mil as at 31 Dec 2005. Products The Group offers its products through 3 main components:
