If You Gotta Go, Go Now (Or Else You Got to Stay All Night) is a song by Bob Dylan. Originally a European single-only release in 1965, it would not be issued in the U.S. or the UK until The Bootleg Series Volumes 1–3 (Rare & Unreleased) 1961–1991.
