"If My Heart Had Wings" is a song by country music singer Faith Hill. It is on her 1999 album Breathe. One of the last singles released from that very successful album, it hit number 3 on the Hot Country Songs chart in 2001, and number 39 on the pop Billboard Hot 100.
It was subseqeuntly performed by Haley Scarnato on the highly-rated sixth season of American Idol, giving it extra mainstream exposure.
