Idrettsforeningen Skarp is a Norwegian football club from Tromsø. Its club colors are black and white.
The men's team currently plays in the Second Division (third tier of Norwegian football). It is the third best football team in Tromsø, after Tromsø IL and Tromsdalen UIL.
