[edit] Ideami

The article you created at Ideami was listed for deletion as An article about a real person that does not assert the importance or significance of its subject, criterion 7 in the criteria for speedy deletion, Articles section. Since it appears to be about you I've moved it to your user space instead, which was probably what you intended in the first place (a common mistake among newcomers!).

If you really did mean to create an article about yourself please be aware that this is often considered a bad idea, even if you do meet the guidelines for inclusion of biographies.

I know Wikipedia can be confusing for new editors, so you are welcome to ask for help at the help desk or on my talk page. --Slowking Man 14:46, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

yes sorry, im new and i made a mistake, by the way, i also uploaded an image that now i want to delete and i dont know how :) and where can i see the messages i have received? thanks so much all best Javier —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ideami (talkcontribs) 14:53, November 19, 2006 (UTC).

I presume you mean Image:Ideami.jpg? If I'm correct, I'll go ahead and delete it (I'm an administrator). In the future, if you mistakenly create a page or upload media and wish it deleted, just place {{db-author}} on the page, and an administrator will come and delete it. As for the messages you receive, you can see them right here on your Talk page (see Help:Talk page for more information about Talk pages, and the Talk page guidelines for general good practice). One of these practices is to sign your posts, by placing four tildes (~~~~) after your message, which creates a signature like the one at the end of this message. This makes Talk pages much easier to read. Hope this helps, and if you have further questions, ask away! --Slowking Man 15:12, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:Ideami.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Ideami.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 15:06, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
