Specific technical and numeric assertions are confirmed here: http://www1.eere.energy.gov/femp/procurement/eep_ice_makers.html, which would be a good start on the need for citations. 2)The category is wrong: the article is not about "residential appliances" - instead the category should be "commercial kitchen equipment" which is the standard industry nomenclature. 3)Some issues that could be added to this article are: bacteria growth in ice machines and the sustainability issues of water resource waste and energy consumption.
