User:Iblardi

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hello,
My name is Iblardi, which is a made-up word that doesn't really mean anything. I have been a registered user since October 2005. I am a somewhat infrequent editor whose main interests in Wikipedia are in the fields of Medieval History, the Roman Empire, Byzantium, and especially in subjects which indirectly involve the use of Latin. I edit Wikipedia because I find it a pleasant and often rewarding activity. No need to say that I will inevitably be mistaken at times, and I won't need to encourage you to correct me if you think I'm wrong. After initial boldness I am always prepared to argue my points on an article's talk page (which for me has the happy side-effect of ensuring the continuation of my editing activities on this encyclopedia).
Another interest of mine is Palaeontology, although there I am well aware that I tread on lesser-known terrain.
Being from the Netherlands I have a certain interest in editing articles concerning that country, which is probably only natural.
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to drop me a note on my talk page.
