Iasis Healthcare LLC is an American company that owns and operates fifteen hospitals in Arizona, Florida, Texas, Utah and Nevada. It also operates a Medicaid insurance plan in Arizona. The company was founded in 1999 and is based in Franklin, Tennessee.
