[edit] Licensing

Public domain This file is in the public domain, because this image was a promotional one of the IAR-80 airplanes produced by IAR (Intreprinderea Aeronautică Română), an airplane manufacturer that was the property of the Romanian State until the end of the WWII. After September 1945, this entity ceased to exist because the Soviet Union considered it as a part of the war reparations ($ 300,000,000) that Romania had to pay to Soviet Union. Therefore, all the plants and mills belonging to IAR were dismantled and carried to the Soviet Union.

In case this is not legally possible:
The right to use this work is granted to anyone for any purpose, without any conditions, unless such conditions are required by law.

Please verify that the reason given above complies with Commons' licensing policy.
