IAPWS

The International Association for the Properties of Water and Steam (IAPWS) publishes a range of 'releases' containing standardised correlations for water and steam properties (a.k.a. 'steam tables') suitable for implementation in computer codes.
Both free software and commercial software implementations of the IAPWS correlations are available.
