I'm a Fresher at University College London, studying French and Arabic for a B.A.. Although I feel like Bloomsbury is now my adopted home, I've spent most of my life in South Yorkshire.

I am a British Liberal Democrat. I am mostly opposed to military solutions to the world's problems but not a pacifist. Despite living in London, I feel that the risk of being blown up is considerably smaller than that of being hit by a bus.

I play piano, violin, bass guitar and guitar. (Badly.)

I speak enough Swahili to order a cuppa, and enough German to seduce the waitress.
