Josef Ian Scott (born November 8, 1981 in Greenville, South Carolina) is an American football defensive tackle for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Chicago Bears in the fourth round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at Florida.
Scott has also been a member of the Philadelphia Eagles.

After being released by the Chicago Bears after the 2006 season, he was signed to a one year contract by the Philadelphia Eagles on May 3rd, 2007[1], but was placed on injured reserve before the start of the season [2].

On April 29, 2008, Scott was signed by the Carolina Panthers.
