Ian McOrist (born November 6, 1949) is a former Australian rules footballer who played in the VFL.
Recruited from Northcote, he was a half-forward flanker who could only gather one year of senior football in 1972, at Collingwood. He played only 12 games, for 16 goals under coach Neil Mann.
