IAHSA stands for The International Association for Homes and Services for the Aging.
IAHSA was founded in 1994, and is an international, not-for-profit educational and charitable organization. The mission of IAHSA is to connect and support care and service providers worldwide to enhance the quality of life for the ageing.

IAHSA is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Special Consultative Status with the United Nations.
IAHSA is affiliated with the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) in Washington, D.C.
