Hello, I'm a new user to this site, as you can see I've only made one contribution for grammar and yet somehow my IP is blocked, 98.221.61.5, all I've done is four simple edits but I'm not allowed to do anything.

The IP appears to have been blocked because someone was using it abusively. I will be checking with the blocking admin. Daniel Case (talk)

The evidence I have suggests that you're not a new user to this site at all, given the behaviour of the other accounts on this IP. If some kind of reasonable explanation can be given for the behaviour of other accounts on this IP, then I will unblock it.
