"I Really Love You" is a song written by Leroy Swearingen and originally recorded by his band called The Stereos^[1] in 1961.

Later on, the song was covered by the former Beatle George Harrison in his 1982 studio album Gone Troppo, and was also released as a single exclusively in the United States, but failed to chart.
