Could do with a table perhaps? 1 record per image, with column headers such as Image (a 10px thumbnail or something, at the start of the record), Title, Male partner, Female partner, Sexual Position, Attributes, Notes etc. I throw that into the ring to see if someone could start it off, and I'll do some of the subsequent work, as I may not have time to start it myself.
