"I Live For You" is a song by George Harrison originally recorded during the sessions for his All Things Must Pass album in 1970. The song was not issued on the original album because Harrison felt they didn't have a good enough take[1]. In 2001 Harrison and his team fiddled around with the drum track, and "hopefully improved it"[1]. The song was released as a bonus track for the 2001 re-release of All Things Must Pass.
Given Harrison's deeply-held religious views, one could interpret the lyrics as expressing a spiritual devotion. However, like several of Harrison's compositions, the lyrics lend themselves equally to being interpreted as a love song.
