"I Don't Wanna Get Hurt" is the second single from the album Another Place and Time by Donna Summer. The whole album was written and produced by British team Stock Aitken & Waterman and was mainly in the style of their "hit factory" sound. This song was remixed for its release as a single, and in the UK became the Top 10 follow-up to its predecessor, the smash hit "This Time I Know It's for Real." SAW gained most of their success in Europe and a lot of their material was never aimed at the US market, so this single was never released there.
