Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Ciara: The Evolution, but we regretfully cannot accept original research. Thanks for your efforts, and happy editing! --Yamla 21:03, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

Please cite your sources for the chart positions you recently inserted into the Alanis Morissette articles. Thanks. Extraordinary Machine 00:26, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

((unblock-auto|1=64.59.144.21|2=|3=Dmcdevit)) Can someone tell me why I keep getting autoblocked?

Your IP address has been blocked, following investigation by an administrator with checkuser access. I've contacted the blocking admin in the hopes of getting a response. In the meantime, please bear with us, and thanks for your patience. – Luna Santin (talk) 19:36, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

Well thank you for the response.

Dmcdevit has converted the block to anon-only, at least for the time being -- you should be able to edit, provided the situation remains stable. – Luna Santin (talk) 06:25, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalise Wikipedia, as you did to Ciara, you will be blocked from editing. --Yamla 15:01, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

I have never vandalized anything on here and I don't understand why I keep getting messages on my page that say that. This is my last warning? I don't understand that at all. I'd like to see what I've so-called "vandalized" because this is getting ridiculous.

Well, this edit for a start. It is uncited and is making predictions more than a week in advance. I mean, come on... March 10, 2007? This is totally inappropriate. Wikipedia is not a crystal ball. And we require that you cite the information you are adding. --Yamla 19:58, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Ok for one thing, all I was doing was summming up the sales for Goodies. Really, there's no need to be snotty about it.

[edit] When I See U

  1. Regarding your edits to When I See U: in accordance with Wikipedia:Record charts, chart trajectories should not be included in articles; rather, they should be briefly summarised in the text. Thanks.
  2. Please remember to mark your edits as minor when (and only when) they genuinely are minor edits (see Wikipedia:Minor edit). Marking a major change as a minor one (and vice versa) is considered poor etiquette. The rule of thumb is that only an edit that consists solely of spelling corrections, formatting and minor rearranging of text should be flagged as a 'minor edit'. Thanks! [edit] Image copyright problem with Image:SM woman.jpg

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:SM woman.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 11:09, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of Lady gaga

A tag has been placed on Lady gaga requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for musical topics.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Ziggy Sawdust 23:03, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

I have just added the debut chart placement for the article up for speedy deletion, along with references. Please review them before deleting. Thank you very much.
