I should point out that I am a West Ham fan, so please correct POV as you see fit. Saying that, I can't think of any better known football anthems (apart from the obvious "You'll Never Walk Alone") than this (even ManUre don't really have a recognisable anthem), and I don't think that's just the West Ham fan in me talking ;-) - N (talk) 00:37, 18 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Alternative lyrics

I think there's nothing wrong with including alternative football lyrics to the article, but they should be distinguished from the original old published lyrics. -- Infrogmation 00:53, 18 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Copyright

As James Brockman died in 1967, the lyrics will still be under copyright, so I wonder if it legitimate including them here. (It's certainly interesting - I had no idea there is a verse!) I too am a Hammers fan... WillE 08:25, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

Original publication was in the USA, so US copyright law applies in this case-- US copyrights expired. -- Infrogmation 18:10, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
