1. The image is a low-resolution copy of an album cover;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes about the single, its release in the 1960s "Dalekmania" fad, and its status as one of the earliest spoofs of Doctor Who;
3. No more free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the commercial use of the image in question.
